Meet Denis
I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years helping people transform their lifestyles. Be it through training or nutrition, this is something I am very passionate about and always strive to bring out the best in everyone I work with. After graduating with a first class honors degree in Health and Leisure in 2017, I have continuously up-skilled and re-educated myself in the ever changing field of fitness & nutrition.
I am a currently completing a post graduate diploma in Sports Performance Nutrition with the Institute of Performance Nutrition and I have previously completed Precision Nutrition to become a level 1 certified coach. That has led me to building on my knowledge in different areas through personal development and always wanting to provide the best information to my clients.
My goal is not only to guide clients to reaching their desired goals but also to fill them with the knowledge and tools to manage alone once their time with us expires. I will forever be motivated by seeing my clients confidence growing regardless of how small or great their physical results may be.
Meet Ian
Ian Flynn is an MNU Certified evidence based Nutritionist. He qualified as a Neuromuscular Physical Therapy and also holds a level 4 National Qualification in Exercise, Health Studies and Personal Training.
As an avid health and fitness person Ian has a keen interest in all types of sports, exercise and related activities. Having played football, GAA, tennis, golf and basically any sport with a ball he knows what it takes to perform at your best. He has first-hand, personal experience with a wide range of injuries giving him a specific insight and understanding into the needs of an injured client as well as the recovery process itself.
He is passionate about helping people and providing the best possible service to help people achieve their specific goals.
He believes in sustainability and longevity of health both inside and out. He practices what he preaches on a daily basis using a combination of quality training and smart nutrition. No fad diets or magic fixes, just determination and consistency which he says is key to his and your success!
